This agreement is a legal agreement between you and GameSiteScript.com. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. All rights not granted to you in this agreement are reserved to GameSiteScript.com.
Definitions
a. Software: GameSiteScript and any related or associated files, data, documentation, updates, license keys, databases, script modifications, and any other derivative works thereof.
b. GameSiteScript.com: Delegates of GameSiteScript (the "Software").
c. Game Pack, Game Packs: Game files, thumbnails, descriptions, and titles provided to you by GameSiteScript.com, and derivative works thereof.
d. Products: Software and/or Game Packs.
e. Client Area: The web pages located at the URL
http://gamesitescript.com/ordersys/client_area.php, or another URL that GameSiteScript.com chooses to provide.
Grant
a. You may use the Products for the purposes of running an entertainment website (games, animations, etc.) on a single Internet domain name.
b. You may make a reasonable number of copies for backup purposes only.
Modification
a. Letters B, C, and D of the Modification section do not apply to you if you have purchased copyright removal from GameSiteScript.com.
b. You may not remove, hide, or change the "Powered by GameSiteScript" text link in the footer of your website. You may not make the font unreadable or hide the link.
c. You may translate "Powered by" into a foreign language as long as the meaning is not changed, but you may not change the "GameSiteScript" text.
d. Any themes you create must include the "Powered by GameSiteScript" text and link the same way the default themes do.
e. You may modify the script in any way not prohibited by this license.
Restrictions
a. You may not use the Products concurrently on multiple Internet domain names.
b. You may not distribute copies of the Products or transfer any part of them to a 3rd party.
c. You may not rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Products or copies of the Products.
d. You must follow the advice and/or instructions of all GameSiteScript delegates at all times with regards to your GameSiteScript website.
e. You may not modify or disable the license checking code in the script, or PHP url-file access to GameSiteScript.com. You may not upload the script to a server with this configuration.
f. You may not attempt to obtain free services or products from GameSiteScript.
g. You may not provide false or incorrect registration/client information to GameSiteScript. You must enter your real name, address, and phone number.
h. You may not sell anything that resembles the Game Packs we offer for one year following the termination of this license, nor may you sell them at any time while you are a GameSiteScript client.
i. You may not rip thumbnails and/or game descriptions, or "scrape" content from any other GameSiteScript powered website.
j. You may not use any 3rd party Game Pack without permission from GameSiteScript.com.
Transfer
You may not transfer your license or any part of it to any other 3rd party permission from GameSiteScript.com. GameSiteScript.com reserves the right to stop any license transfer for any reason. A transfer fee of $20 will apply for approved all license transfers. It is up to the buyer and seller to work out who will pay this transfer fee.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GameSiteScript.com be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Products. The Products comes without warranty, even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
License Modification
GameSiteScript.com reserves the right to modify the license agreement at any time. These changes will take effect 168 hours (7 days) from the date of change. Your continued use of the Products after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance and agreement of such changes. You may view the latest copy of the license agreement online in the Client Area. If you do not agree with the changes in the license agreement, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is terminate this agreement as outlined in the "Termination" section of this agreement.
Game Pack Copyright Information
The Game Packs as a whole are copyrighted property. However, they are an assembly of games believed to be freely available. These games are copyrighted property of the owners. We are not selling the individual games, We are selling each Game Pack as a whole. In no circumstances may you resell the game packages or use them on more than one domain.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate this agreement within 72 hours of sending e-mail notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to destroy any copies of the Products and any derivative works thereof.
You will receive a full refund under the following cases:
a. Your notice of termination is received within 30 days of the purchase date AND you did not order "Server Configuration" or "Installation" as a seperate add-on.
b. GameSiteScript.com chooses to terminate the agreement for a reason other than violation.
You will receive a partial refund under the following cases:
a. Your notice of termination is received within 30 days of the purchase date AND you have ordered "Server Configuration" or "Installation" as a seperate add-on.
The amount of your partial refund will be determined by subtracting the cost of "Server Configuration" and/or "Installation" from your total purchase price.
If you are found to be in violation of this agreement, you will be punished to the maximum extent of possible law and your license to use GameSiteScript will be terminated.
You may not engage in any illegal activity while you are the owner of this script. You may not violate any other legal agreements you have with us other entities while you are the owner of this script.
